Each instructor is trained to modify up or down based on the level you are in each class

REFORMER CORE, ARMS, & ASSETS

Reformer Core, Arms, & Assets is a dynamic, strength-focused Pilates class that blends classical Pilates principles with modern sculpting sequences. This class emphasizes core stability, upper-body strength, and glute activation through deliberate, controlled movements designed to challenge endurance and build long, lean muscle. With purposeful pacing, energizing playlists, and focused cueing, you’ll move through a balanced, full-body flow that is both fun and effective—leaving you strong, sculpted, and confident. Perfect for anyone looking to elevate their practice and push their strength to the next level.

CLASSICAL REFORMER
 

This foundational class is perfect for those new to Pilates or returning after a break. In Classical Reformer, you’ll be introduced to the classical Pilates method, focusing on core strength, alignment, and control. We’ll work on the Reformer to build strength and stability, flow through beginner mat exercises to enhance flexibility and body awareness, and use the Springboard to gently challenge posture and coordination. Expect a supportive, slower-paced environment with clear instruction and modifications as needed. No experience necessary—just bring your curiosity and willingness to move

REFORMER SCULPT
 

Reformer Sculpt is a dynamic, strength-focused class that blends classical Pilates principles with targeted resistance training. Utilizing the reformer, this class emphasizes muscular endurance, core stability, and controlled, sculpting movements to tone and challenge the entire body. Expect deliberate pacing, focused cueing, and a balanced flow that builds strength without sacrificing alignment or breath. Ideal for those looking to deepen their practice and elevate their physical conditioning, Reformer Sculpt leaves you feeling strong, centered, and empowered.

REFROMER FLOW
 

Reformer Flow invites you to rediscover your rhythm and deepen your connection to your body through smooth, continuous movement. This flow-based class emphasizes mobility, balance, and mindful awareness—making it ideal for restoring both body and mind. While the pace is fluid and intentional, you’ll also build functional strength through controlled resistance and full-body integration. You'll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, aligned, and empowered from the inside out.
